Terms & Conditions

All participants are required to wear Columbia Sportswear products throughout the entire 14-day trek. (The brand will not provide this, participants must carry their own Columbia products. However, a flat 25% discount is available for those wishing to purchase from the brand)
To be eligible, participants must follow Columbia Sportswear India on both Facebook and Instagram.
Only one entry is allowed per person. There is no fee to enter the contest.
The contest closes on 30th October, and the winners will be announced on 10th November.
In case of any dispute, the final decision will rest with Chogori India Retail Ltd. (CIRL). All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

TRIP INCLUSIONS

Complete planning, organization, and logistics for the Kathmandu-EBC-Kathmandu journey.
All required permits and entrance fees for the trek.
Trek insurance for 14 days of the trek.
Services of an English-speaking trekking guide, assistant guide, and porter.
All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea/coffee, boiled water) and accommodation at tea houses/guest houses during the trek.
Emergency oxygen bottle, mask, and regulator (for emergency purposes only)

TRIP EXCLUSIONS

International flight tickets to/from Kathmandu.
Personal trekking and climbing equipment.
Bar bills, telephone, laundry, and bottled drinks.
Any personal expenses incurred by the participant.
