Warranty Policy Website Stores
Communication A mail to be shared with the customer care at care@chogoriindia.com with the images of the product.
Return Product purchased on website in India will be returned to our central warehouse or the nearest store and would be subject to quality check by our designated team. Product purchased from a Columbia/Adventuras store in India need to be returned to the nearest store and would be subject to quality check by our designated team.
Shipping If returning to the central warehouse, company will take care of all costs of shipping. If returning to the nearest store, the customer has to self-drop the product. If returning to the nearest store, the customer has to self-drop the product.
Documents Customer must retain the receipt of the product and present it when returning the product.
Turn-around time Standard Turnaround Time is 2-3 weeks from date of receipt. Standard Turnaround Time is 1-2 weeks from date of receipt.
Additional Points
  • When the product is received under the warranty, we would replace it, repair it or offer exchange in lieu of the product.
  • The quality team updates on further procedure post checking if the defect is genuine.
  • Customer care team connects with the customer on final decision shared by quality team.
  • In case of dispute, it’s up to the sole discretion of Chogori India Retail Ltd.(CIRL) for further course of action. All disputes will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
Warranty Exclusions
  • Our warranties cover mainly manufacturing defects.
  • Our warranty does not cover damages that result from accident, misuse, abuse or negligence of the product.
  • It does not cover normal wear and tear or damages such as abrasion, scratches or fading.
  • The warranty also does not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to, or loss of, the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
  • If the product has already been repaired outside of CIRL, this would make the warranty void.

Process Visit the ‘My Orders’ section in your account and click on the ‘RETURN’ tab and confirm your RETURN. Visit the nearest Columbia Sportswear or Adventuras store in India only.
Eligibility The purchase was made from www.columbiasportswear.co.in or www.adventuras.in website only. The purchase was made from any of above branded chain of stores.
Return Flexibility To save your time you can now visit any Columbia/Adventuras exclusive retail store to execute your return for the purchase(s) made on either websites. The product has to be returned to the nearest store.
Return Request The return request is raised within 30 days of receipt of goods.
Condition of Product Your product must be in original, unworn condition and in brand tags/packaging.
Documents Customer must retain the receipt of the product and present it when returning the product.
Exchange of product Currently, we are not offering any exchange policy, hence, you need to place a new order once the existing order is returned and the same passes all quality checks. The money shall be refunded back to the original source of payment in 7-10 working days. Exchanges will be restricted to size changes and style changes, of the same MRP and subject to availability.
Exclusions Return/Exchange policy does not apply to baselayers.
Additional Points
  • In case of Cancellation of any article on either website, the same is allowed before the order gets shipped. In case an order is in transit, it can’t be cancelled.
  • In case of purchases made outside of India, customer care in India will advise further course of action.
