TERMS & CONDITIONS (Himalayan Journeys December 2021)
1. Shopping for INR 70000/ and INR 35000 (check list of stores to avail offer) - qualifies SINGLE person for the trek (worth INR 14000 and INR 7000/- respectively).
2. This Promotion is ONLY applicable on purchase of non-discounted products. No other existing offers or discounts can be clubbed with this promotion.
3. This offer is for Indian Residents only.
4. The trek shall be organized by a Third-Party Trekking Organization, namely Hippie in Hills. The trek itinerary shall be provided by Hippie in Hills and the customer may contact them for any queries regarding whatsoever arrangements that may pertain during the trek.
5. The aforementioned trek shall be organized Ex-Manali & the Columbia Sportswear India customer (from north stores availing this offer) must make personal arrangements to arrive in Manali on or before the date of the trek.
6. The customers coming from West, South or East India are allowed a maximum reimbursement of INR 7000 for their conveyance ex Manali, which is included in the intimated INR 14000.
7. The reimbursement shall take place only after the successful verification of the produced documents (as deemed necessary by Columbia Sportswear India) by the customer who has availed the trek.
8. Columbia Sportswear India shall not be responsible for any type of loss including loss of property or body injury or accident during the trek.
9. During the trek, only Columbia gear is to be used.
10. The dates of the trek shall be intimated to the shopper after expiration of the return period (as per policies of Columbia Sportswear India). The customer must revert back with their confirmation within 4 days of intimation. It will be deemed denial if no response received within said days.
11. Once trekking date is confirmed, it cannot be changed. There shall be no reimbursement for whatsover expense, if you fail to attend or reach at the trekking point on date and time confirmed earlier.
12. If a customer wishes to bring along a family member or friend, additional seats cannot be arranged.
13. Customer must Like & Subscribe to Columbia Sportswear India’s Instagram & Facebook Pages.
14. The Customer must share imagery/video wearing Columbia Gear & tag Columbia Sportswear India in minimum 1 POST & 1 STORY on Instagram & Facebook.
15. The customer will only be able to redeem the promotion post expiry of the 30-day return period, as per Columbia Sportswear India policies.
